Nemiana simplex Palij, 1976; Beltanelliformis brunsae Menner, 1974.
This specimen is from a layer between migmatite and usual sandstone with Vendian fauna. Quartz sandstone has signs of metamorphism transformation to quarzite. The old classic name for Nemiana from Podolia, Ukraine is Nemiana symplex Palij, 1976. After a revision their official name is Beltanelliformis brunsae Menner, 1974. The alternative name is Beltanelloides sorichevae Sokolov, 1965. More information here.
