They are one of the most typically found Precambrian organisms. The old classic name for Nemiana from Podillia (Podolia), Ukraine is Nemiana symplex Palij, 1976. After a revision their official name is Beltanelliformis brunsae Menner, 1974. The alternative name is Beltanelloides sorichevae Sokolov, 1965. More information can be found here.
